Happy Halloween!

After a week of being sick, John Thomas was thankfully well again in time to enjoy his first Halloween. He had a great time learning how to trick or treat from his cousins Raegan and Ian. As you can see, John Thomas was a precious puppy!! He seemed to really enjoy his costume and walking the block with his cousins. Daddy seemed to enjoy his loot :)

Rombach's Pumpkin Patch in STL

John Thomas had a wonderful time at the pumpkin patch that Mommy went to growing up. We could not have asked for better weather! It was sunny and in the mid 60s. The fall color added to the atmosphere. Fall in STL is one of Mommy's favorite times of the year. What a great way to celebrate John Thomas turning 7 months old!!

OU vs. UT

John Thomas had a great time in Dallas for his first OU vs. UT game. Even though we lost, he enjoyed hanging out with his parents and the Roll's. The best part of the weekend was John Thomas sitting up in a restaurant high chair like a big boy!

Tonight we gave John Thomas his first biscuit. He was not sure at first, but after a few minutes he caught on and ate almost the whole thing! Of course he headed straight to the bathtub afterwards :)

Tonight John Thomas sat up by himself for the first time in his tub! He loves bath time. His favorite thing to do is kick the water out. Yesterday he went for his 6month check up with Dr. Ellis. He weighs 18 lbs and is 27 inches long. He is in the 75 percentile for height and weight. Such a big boy :)

6 months old!!

Today John Thomas turned 6 months old!!! It is so hard to believe that a half year ago we welcomed our little blessing in to the world. He has changed so much since that wonderful day. Some of his more recent milestones include saying Daddy, almost sitting on his own, rolling over and eating more solid foods. Everyday we thank God for bringing him in to our lives!!! God is so good!!!
